PRICING
Prices shown include VAT (if applicable), but not delivery costs. If VAT changes before dispatch and you haven’t paid yet, we’ll adjust it.
You’re charged when we ship your order. You own the item once full payment is received. Late payments may incur daily interest at 2% above the Bank of England base rate.
PRODUCT INFO
We may not be the original maker. Colours can look different on screens, and packaging may vary. Always read product labels before use.
We may make small updates for legal or quality reasons, but these won’t affect how the product works.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders placed before 4pm GMT on business days are usually processed the same day. Later orders, weekends, and holidays are handled next working day.
Delivery costs (with VAT) are shown at checkout.
If delays happen outside our control, we’ll inform you — no compensation is offered. If the delay is long, you can cancel and get a refund for unshipped items.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your item.

Return the item within 14 days at your own cost. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

Only standard shipping is refundable (not express or scheduled).
Refunds are made within 14 days of return or proof of postage, back to your original payment method.
Used or damaged items (e.g. missing tags/accessories) may get a partial refund.
RETURNS

Send details and a photo if possible.
If confirmed, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and keep you updated.
WARRANTY
Items with manufacturer faults (not from misuse or normal wear) within 12 months may be repaired or replaced. Your legal rights remain.
YOUR RIGHTS (UK)
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- 0–30 days: full refund for faulty goods
- Up to 6 months: refund if not fixed or replaced
- Up to 6 years: partial refund if product doesn’t last
PRODUCT USE
Items are for personal or home-office use unless otherwise noted. Follow all usage instructions. Altering the item may void your warranty and return rights.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
You may need to pay import duties/taxes for non-UK orders. These are your responsibility. Customs may inspect parcels.
CANCELLING CONTRACT
We may cancel your order if you don’t accept delivery in a reasonable time. Compensation may be claimed.
LIABILITY
We’re not responsible for losses that:
- Are unforeseeable
- Are due to external delays
- Could’ve been avoided by following guidance
- Are linked to business use
We don’t exclude responsibility for injury, death, or fraud caused by us.
UNDER 18s
We don’t sell to minors. If you’re under 18, a parent/guardian must order on your behalf and accept these terms.
