You’ll need to cover return shipping unless we offered free returns at purchase. Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Without it, we can’t guarantee a refund.
- If not yet shipped: refund issued within 14 days of cancellation.
- If shipped: refund within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of return.
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Returns must be in resalable condition (undamaged, unused, with all parts). If not, we may reduce or refuse your refund. Contact us if unsure.

Return period: 14 days from delivery.
Holiday orders placed in December can be returned up to 31st December.
Tell us if you prefer a refund or replacement, and send a photo or video of the issue, if possible.
If confirmed faulty, we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Please follow the return instructions carefully.
